This intimate, 4 client retreat blends education, movement, rest and holistic practices to support whole-body wellness. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and empowered with simple and sustainable tools to carry into everyday life.

This experience is intentionally designed to meet you where your are-offering both space to rest and gentle guidance to support lasting, meaningful change. Enjoy anti-inflammatory teas, healing turmeric golden water, and organic, thoughtfully prepared vegetarian meals throughout your all-inclusive stay

Sound Healing Experience

Immerse yourself in a deeply calming sound healing session designed to support relaxation, nervous system balance, and inner stillness. Through gentle vibrations and intentional sound, you’ll be guided into a meditative state that allows the body to soften, release tension, and restore.

Yoga & Breathwork

Gentle, guided movement paired with intentional breath to help release tension, calm the mind, and reconnect with your body. This practice supports flexibility, relaxation, and a deeper sense of balance.
